Midstate’s equipment, in the hands of our well-trained setup technicians, is capable of maintaining close tolerances without sacrificing run speed. Specifications are monitored and immediately corrected through the use of touch probes, laser probes, and 3D imaging.
We believe that we must manufacture, not inspect, quality into our springs. That being said, Midstate completes first piece, in-process, and final inspections, and we gladly offer additional quality documentation such as process capability data reports (SPC/CPK) or preproduction part approval process reports (PPAP), upon request.
Your engineers know the ins and outs of your products, and we are able to offer the same expertise for ours. Rather than waiting for an order, all parts are run through spring design and reviewed for manufacturability at the time of quote. This process leads to the quickest turnaround possible once the parts are ordered, without compromising our commitment to successful first-time quality- make it right the first time, and make it the same every time.
We have implemented dock-to-stock programs with most of our current customers. They have confidence in our quality systems and leave inspecting to us. As a testament to our performance, every customer who has entered the dock-to-stock program has continued it to this day.
